Who we are

Mutant is an app for automated YouTube content production. This policy explains what data we collect on mutant-agent.com and in the app, why, and how to manage it.

What we collect

• Email — when you submit a request or sign in to your account. Used for contact, key delivery and subscription reminders.
• Device identifier (machine_id) — a stable technical fingerprint of your computer. Needed to bind the license to a device and enforce the "one key — one PC" limit. It cannot identify you personally.
• Technical download data — a hashed (anonymized) IP address, browser version, language, referral tag (UTM). Used only for download statistics.
• Cookies — service cookies only: login session, language choice, referral tag. No advertising or third-party trackers.

What we do NOT collect

• The content of your videos, scripts or channels.
• Your API keys and AI-service passwords — they are stored only on your computer and never sent to our server.
• Your channel names in plain text.

App telemetry

This section will appear once telemetry is enabled in the app. Until then the app does not send usage data.

When enabled, the app may send anonymized statistics: hardware specs, versions, pipeline-stage counters, error categories. Never content, keys or channel names (hash only). Collection can be turned off in the app settings.

Third-party services

The site uses no external analytics (Google Analytics, etc.) and loads no third-party scripts. All statistics are our own.

Retention and deletion

We keep data as long as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us (see the site footer).

Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page.
